I wanted to thank and commend Rocky and the Armstrong Garage Door company for their integrity, fast service and taking the time to explain everything so clearly to me. I have called them twice now for issues with my garage door opener and both times Rocky came to my home and I cannot say enough about his service! He is honest and will tell you like it is! We hired A1 to help us out in a jam - literally, our garage door spring broke and we couldn't open the door! They credited the repair towards a new door, which we ordered and they recently installed. It is beautiful, quiet, and such a wonderful upgrade for our home. **** and ****** did a wonderful job with the installation and were quick and courteous. Very professional, courteous and fast. From the the time I made the call to the contact service the service tech. The technician was very knowledgeable and made recommendations but was not a high pressure sales man. He let me choose what I would like fixed. Would defiantly recommend..

Jeff and Stuckey diagnosed the problem with the garage door. Quickly got their tools and went to work. They explained the problem carefully and where I could understand everything! So impressed with their politeness and workmanship. I would give more stars if they were possible.
Armstrong has been servicing my garage door for several years. I don't need to call them often, because they do quality work. Latest call was for a broken spring. As usual, their friendly staff scheduled an appointment and the next day a tech named Ryan arrived right on time. He did a great job (as I've come to expect from Armstrong), and detailed every issue fixed and impending, with tips to extend my door's life. They continue to impress!!

Be suspicious of a business that runs a continual large ad offering a discounted service. The garage door opener system installation they did for me ended up costing a couple of hundred dollars more than the advertised price. Midway through the installation the technician said I needed some sort of bracing bar and other components, which cost extra. A few months later, the door failed to open.
