When I called A-1 Garage Door Service, I explained that I needed the belt replaced. When the tech was on the way, I asked if he had the part on his truck and he said "in all likelihood."When the tech arrived he said the belt was no longer made and that I'd have to replace the entire garage door motor.I have since found the belts on Amazon. I called another local garage door company who told me to call the manufacturer since these belts are warranted for life. I did so, and I have a new belt on the way for free (I'm sure A-1 ... read more
