The technician had no knowledge of what was wrong with my door or else he was trying to cheat me because when he finish, the door was worse off than what it was when he started then he try to state I need a new garage door opener which I didnt because I had another company come out and they put a trolley on and thats all I needed and it only took them 15 minutes
