Prices were very high. Doubled the price it should have been. All the repair guy wanted to do is sell me more product. There was a ***** special and charged me ****** instead. Never received any paid invoice. You should see the remarks on this company.

Garage wasnt opening, called the company, they came and did a complete inspection, found the springs were shot. Gave us a good, better, best option to fix the issue and that door was in great shape. We went with the best option with what we were told. Come to find out the top door panel was cracked mysteriously. How was this missed, your company supposedly did a thorough inspection? A mysterious part was needed and back ordered, were promised 3 weeks in a row itd be in. And wasnt then mysteriously showed up and lousy custome... read more

We really like this company. Everyone we dealt with was very polite. The technician (John) was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The garage door sounded so much better after he replaced the bearings and oiled the door. He also adjusted the spring so it was safer to use. We would highly recommend this company.
