Outstanding Service. Totally customer-centered. Since Jeff arrived at our home, he was respectful and polite. Fully focused on diagnosing the problem with our garage. He did not waste any time and began working on solving it; which he did promptly. Jeff explained to us the source of the challenge and provided us with the appropriate paperwork in minutes. That's what we call prime customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend Armstrong Garage Door, provided that all their experts are like Jeff❗ï�� Javier ********

Had my Garage Door Spring break last night which was a Friday. I called and they said they could be there the next day, Even though it was a Saturday at no extra cost. They showed up on time and Jeff the technician was GREAT. Jeff was very nice and knew what he was doing. Go the job done in no time. I would highly recommend both Armstrong and Jeff.

Bait, Switch, and try to hard-sell you. I used a valpak coupon to schedule a tune-up at a discounted rate. Was also charged a "trip charge" which is NOT mentioned on the valpak ad/coupon. Was encouraged to do the upgraded service to include replacement of the rollers, which I agreed to, but now realize I probably didn't even need that. 10/14/22 - Had my bottom rubber seal & rubber retainer & rollers replaced by Jeff, with Armstrong Garage Door, Inc., this morning. He arrived on time and did a great job. Additionally, when I called a competitor to do this work, they could not give me an estimate over the phone. Armstrong could. Good job all!!

Rocky is amazing! He fixed our garage door post Hurricane Ian. He was thorough, very nice and extremely competent! Ask for Rocky!

If you like to spend a lot of extra money A1 is who you should call. There people are well trained sales people.2 new gararge door springs almost $800 with 5 year warranty, catch is after 30 days you pay $165 labor and a $39 trip charge.. if I wasn't in a bind I would not have hired them.Tried to sell me new bearings even tho threw my past experience with bearing I new they were absolutely fine.

I was very highly satisfied with my experience with Armstrong garage door, and especially Jeff, the technician who replaced my garage door spring. Extremely professional, courteous, excellent in communication on the timing, and highly reliable. I have used Armstrong in previous homes and always had a great experience.

Simply needed a spring replaced. $1500 later, and the door is bowing out and due to the tech over spraying of silicone spray. The paint is now damaged. The tech was supposed to have met me at 7pm this evening. (09/01/22) No call no show. I left a voicemail with the tech and company in ***. I have a feeling I will need to get a lawyer involved. Time will tell!
