On 5/24/2023, your tech John was to be here at 10.00 a.m. He called a little before 9:00 a.m. saying he completed his first job and could he arrive early. It worked for me. He showed up and went right to work analyzing the situation with the door. He adjusted the rails and said that was the problem. I asked about the rollers. He said there was a little play in them but they were ok. I had him replace them as I am getting ready to sell my home and want the door to work correctly. He changed them out before I knew he had start... read more
