We reached out to Armstrong Garage Door because the spring broke on our garage door. Spoke with Barb who was extremely helpful and supportive in getting someone out to my home to get the repairs done as soon as possible. Rocky came out the next day, even two hours earlier than expected which was great! Rocky knows his stuff and offered several recommendations on how we can better maintain the life of our garage door and parts. Rocky got right on replacing my garage door springs and then proceeded to find 3 bad hinges. Work was done in roughly an hour.

Couldn't be more disappointed with their service. I hired them to repair a garage door that wasnt working properly. The told me they did a several point inspection and that i needed to replace the spring. I was quoted $1200, which i knew was overpriced, but i was in a bind. The door had problems not even a couple days later. The technician went back out to inspect it and i was then told I needed to replace the motor. I was given multiple estimates with all of them over $1000. I know very well you can get a very good motor fo... read more
