I am very upset with A1 Garage Door for misleading information. I called for garage door service the morning of May 18th. The male who answered the phone set up a time for service that afternoon. While completing the call, he said A1 Garage Door would be out between 1 and 6. My reply was oh no, I thought I was talking to Overhead Door. His reply was they (A1) had acquired a number of companies. My response was you have purchased Overhead. His response was yes, they had acquired a number of companies. We reached out to Armstrong Garage Door because the spring broke on our garage door. Spoke with Barb who was extremely helpful and supportive in getting someone out to my home to get the repairs done as soon as possible. Rocky came out the next day, even two hours earlier than expected which was great! Rocky knows his stuff and offered several recommendations on how we can better maintain the life of our garage door and parts. The work was completed in about an hour and the door opens and closes much quieter than it has in a... read more
John from Armstrong Garage Door came out this morning to service our two garage doors. He is reliable, knowledgeable and very helpful. He goes above and beyond what he was asked to do - like "unbending" a dent where my boys dented the door panel with the basketball. He is wonderful. Thank you John.
