A long story. They told me $129 to install a (free with service) garage door bottom weatherstripping. (I called in to verify the price). Then it went to $330! I am appalled at their bait and switch business tactics and treatment of customers. I had a roller break and come out of the track and called A1 to get it fixed. They came out the next day and quoted me $140 to fix the roller and do an assessment of my garage door and opener. About 30 min later they said that they had fixed the roller and said that the garage door would need a new spring, all new rollers (plus the one they fixed) and new cables which they quoted me $2,000 for.
