Garage wasnt opening, called the company, they came and did a complete inspection, found the springs were shot. Gave us a good, better, best option to fix the issue and that door was in great shape. We went with the best option with what we were told. Come to find out the top door panel was cracked mysteriously. How was this missed, your company supposedly did a thorough inspection? Prices were very high. Doubled the price it should have been. All the repair guy wanted to do is sell me more product. There was a ***** special and charged me ****** instead. Never received any paid invoice. You should see the remarks on this company.
We really like this company. Everyone we dealt with was very polite. The technician (John) was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The garage door sounded so much better after he replaced the bearings and oiled the door. He also adjusted the spring so it was safer to use. We would highly recommend this company.

Serviced garage doors today. Jeff arrived on time and completed service quickly. Replaced rollers which were really worn. Happy with work done.

I'd like to commend Jeff for his excellent work in replacing worn rollers on my two-car garage door as part at the annual service and inspection his company completed this week. Not only did Jeff and his fellow technicians of Armstrong Garage Door installa new, heavy-duly garage door several years ago, they have also consistently done a good job of assuring its is professionally maintained.

Non disclosure of $40 trip fee. Shady business practices. They prey on customers who need a quick repair. Pricing is not competitive $800 for spring vs. $500 with a local company. Stay away.

Our prices are based on the convenience, quality of parts, quality of technicians, and warranties. We also try to be more thorough. We asked for an estimate on costs when we called, they indicated they couldn't provide an estimated cost for a broken spring, 1.5 hours of work, cost $1200 for a spring replacement, Two different springs were installed, 1 oil tempered and 1 galvanized when I asked why not have both oil tempered spring since owner touts only using oil tempered on You Tube (youtu.be/MBQQw_m-CBM). Tech indicated that they were trying to use up the galvanized due to different manufacturer but the You Tube video is 7 yrs old and they still hv old... read more

We DO have an obligation as garage door professionals to provide long term solutions/repairs.
