2nd year in a row this company wasted my time on Irrigation startup. Last year, the guy from A+, when winterizing, lost the o ring and didnt tell anyone...so when they came to do startup, they couldn't do it and had to order a new o-ring, and of course reschedule another appointment. If you really value your lawn and landscaping, these are definitely NOT the people you want to hire. Whether it's their lawn care or their snow removal, this group is excellent at tearing up all your landscaping and then denying that they did it. So just beware if you go to hire these folks that you may be very sorry that you did.
RecommendedOur lawn was over run with weeds and dead spots 4 years ago. We have used A+ every year since and the results are amazing. Our grass is lush and weed free! We get comments from family and friends all the time and refer them to A+! Highly recommend!!
I have had several lawn companies in the past. I wanted to personally thank Kristien Smith for the wondeful service and and going above and beyond to set an example for orther Lawn care companies. The best we have and in 14 years. Thanks A Plus for being APLUS!!!
Positive shout out to Deon at A+ Lawn & Landscape! After treating my lawn he noticed that my wheelchair ramp was covered with twigs and leaves (thanks to my friendly squirrels) and he took the time to blow it clean with a leaf blower! I told him thanks and he said, "no problem, it only took a second. Have a great day!"
TLDR: A+ killed my plants. Then killed them again while I was gone. They don’t know difference between common landscape plants and weeds. Management was rude and tech stopped by my house unannounced to confront me. My experience with A+ has been incredibly disappointing to say the least. Our lot has a lot of trees and many spots where grass won’t grow due to shade and dog traffic. One such spot is actually covered in landscape rock. Great customer service. Our lawn has never looked better. Highly recommend.
We have had several years of service from another company and were not pleased. We switched to A+ and can see a difference already. They tested the pH of our yard to diagnose the problem and their service is thorough. Everyone I have spoken with has been attentive and helpful. We’re very pleased.
