Thank you for hiring caring people! I had a flat tire right by where one of your guys was working. Several people had tried unsuccessfully to break the lug nuts free. Nick from your company came over and had them loose in no time at all. And then he answered questions from the unemployed guys who were helping me, and told them what a great company you are to work for! If you have an influx of ambitious and helpful guys applying you can thank him!
This is my place of employment definitely the most amazing place I have had the pleasure to work for. i have never started a job and felt so comfortable with everyone I work with. Every time I call the main line they tell me I need to talk to so and so. I get transferred and NEVER get a live person. I always get voicemail and usually never get a call back. Or, if I do it's 2-3 days before my call is returned. If I call into a desk line I again ALWAYS get voicemail. I have never had anyone every pick up the phone when I call. When I leave a VM on a desk line I usually get a call back but it's usually 5-6 hours later or the next day. I'm not quite sure why their customer service is so poor. Will be look... read more
The lawn care is good but the customer service is not. My husband email them about hitting our house and wrecking the siding and we never received a response. He emailed them again with still no response. He emailed a person directly and then a generic email address. I am pretty sure they have received the email but didn't want to own up to the issue.
