Very poor service - would not recommend. Poor install of water system? Broke, dug up my yard, no reseed because they forgot it - worst customer service ever.

They have been at my mom's complex all day re-mowing the same areas repeatedly, blowing leaves back and forth on the grass, leaf blowing leaves into the storm drains, and taking over 8 hours to do a job that should have taken 2. Very unprofessional.
I called last week to set up a time for someone to trim our trees and shrubs. They told me someone would need to come out and give an estimate and made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 1:30 pm. The time came and went and their person never showed up. I waited 30 minutes and then called the office. They transferred me to the estimators phone and I left a message. No one ever showed up and no one ever called back. I had to use vacation time to be home for this appointment and it ended up being wasted with a no show.... read more
