I prepaid to have this company turn on the irrigation system and then it turn it off when the season ends. A couple of Fridays ago a gentleman who was very nice came out and said he set the irrigation system to come on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 2 am. Monday at noon the irrigation turns on and kept turning on a couple of times through the day. Horrible at communication. We paid in full over $300 for lawn services. we did this thru their website. We did not hear from them so we called, left a msg. And texted, left a msg... they took the money from our account immediately. we sent a copy of the bank showing this. still no communication. Return our money immediately, we do not want to do business with you. if you do not contact us. I will go to the BBB next. along with ALL social media. Came home to a treated lawn. I never agreed for them to do my lawn. I bought my own fertilizer and was going to do it myself. Told them the situation and they said a representative was going to reach out. One did and just left a voice-mail only stating they are canceling the service and mosquitos which was never supposed to have been started and that it was taken care of. I did not have a good experience with this company. They killed every thing in my yard including the grass. I have nothing left but dirt which is now mud. They even took my gate off my LOCKED fence while on vacation last year which to me is trespassing. I am very unhappy with A+.
Had them here 3 times in a month and a half still have weeds and a manager came out and as my wife was pulling their yard sign he said he was grateful she was pulling it up how embarrassing it was. I’ve absolutely had it with them. By the way he said his guy needed more training.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid them to aerate and overseed my lawn. The overseeding was never done and I called 3 times and was told Aaron would be calling me back. Well after a week of nothing I ended up overseeding myself and then some guys showed up a day later to do it but I sent them away since I did it. They didn't call or send the manager out like they said, just showed up. RecommendedWe had the sprinkler system installed and it has worked amazing our lawn has never looked better.
Ruined my sprinkler system during aeration and didn’t show up on scheduled visit to fix it.
Our irrigation system was not installed correctly resulting in leaks, which were not addressed until multiple contacts were made over a month long period, and then customer service to remediate the situation was poor. Would not recommend.
