Horrible customer service!
We've used A+ for our lawn maintenance services for several years and never had any issues. I probably would've given them 5 stars had I left a review here. But then we requested one-time mowing services when our lawn mower broke... It took two weeks and several phone calls and voicemails to actually get them out to complete the work. Once they finally mowed our lawn, they admitted their customer service was poor and offered concessions to make up for it. I appreciate that honesty and hope it was simply a one-time lapse.
Customers apparently are not important to them. They came and did my irrigation start up on April 18th.l I needed a lot of repair. They could not get me on the schedule until May 16. May 16 Nate called to tell me he couldn't make it due to a fender bender. He assured me he would be out first thing the next morning. 2 days later I called the office. They told me they would be out before the end of the following week...(could not even narrow it down to a particular day). The next week passed....I called the following week. The... read more
I don't use A+ for my lawn care. Never will. Yet they came into my yard burning these tracks with their equipment when treating my neighbor's yard at 1pm in 100° heat. I hate them. Would not recommend. After three voicemail exchanges, I was told to let Mark know if it doesn't grow back in. Not helpful.

A+ did a fantastic job on my landscaping project! They listened to my needs, thoughtfully planned my project, and completed my project in a timely manner. Rob was excellent to work with and Scott was always willing to answer my "many" questions as he worked in my yard. I would highly recommend their service to anyone!
Shout out to Greg Nehls. He had arrived at our home to get our irrigation ready for the summer. We were in the process of putting in a patio and the irrigation heads were in the area of the patio. Rather then telling us he was unable to move them for the concrete work he quickly went to work moved them and the patio was poured. Great customer service went above and beyond!
YOu need to train your staff not to blow grass all over our employees cars parked in our parking lot!! I spent $18 yesterday cleaning my car!! Also driving through our parking lot with the blade on spraying rocks and dust towards our cars al well!!
