So extremely disapointed...Paid $50 A MONTH AGO for an estimate.... had to call and see where it was.... they give me a FULL MAILBOX to leave a message - and then say, well, here's his number to try again later. ZERO out of FIVE stars...wish I could get my money refunded!
Their customer service is terrible. there was a mis communication/misunderstanding and they did give us a credit and 10% off all future services but they treated my back yard and were not suppose to and were suppose to come back and do the front and have not seen them since June. I spoke with the guy that gave us the estimate and he was suppose to come out and talk with us and I had to reschedule do to the derecho and asked that he call me back and have not heard from him yet. RecommendedOwner is a very nice guy and seems like he knows what he's doing. Although I believe he needs to go through his employees and weed out the ones who aren't good with customer service. I just don't believe yelling out of a company truck at multiple vehicles cussing at them is good for business.

I have had the worst experience with A+ Lawn from the start. Moved into my house end of March ... mowing was terrible basically went around window wells not even getting close to house and never bothered to use weed trimmer close to house and blew grass in all window wells... called and no response several times and finally called me back after not mowing for 3 weeks and said they would get me on schedule to mow and as of today have not had my yard mowed for 5 weeks!! We chose A+ based on the stellar reviews and their one-stop-shop capability (lawn maintenance, irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, and landscape design), but we were disappointed with the services almost since day one. The primary issue was lack of communication and transparency about what is to be completed and when. Poor service. Extremely poorly executed Landscaping job. The damage to my property. They talk to me from switching my lawn care service from True Green to their lawn service. After two months I have a massive amount of weeds that I did not have before. I absolutely do not recommend this company. I took my business elsewhere.
