EDITED- Thank you Ethan for returning my call. I will update my review to reflect that just the office staff has horrible customer service. An apology does go a long way and acceptance of errors on A+ part would have resolved this whole issue. ************* They do not answer calls and do not return calls. 13 days after our irrigation service was done our bill was sent to collections! A+ Lawn does a terrible job. They missed sections of my yard when mowing. They had to come 3 times to do one job because each time they missed part of the yard. They billed me for more than what is owed. They turned me over to collection agency when I have paid in full. One day I get a bill for $200 and a few days later I get a collections letter for $1800 which is not owed. I cancelled my services and they kept coming when I wasn’t home to mow and charging me! Do not use them!!
Nate was here yesterday to administer our scheduled lawn service. We could not be happier with the care and attention he is devoting to our lawn. We are pleased and grateful to have him as our technician.
Just renewed and started year 2019, using and renewing our service contract with A+ Lawn and Landscape services. Have to say, that after moving to Iowa from Florida in Nov. 2017, and finding a reliable service company, was not easy. But after researching A+, and giving them year one, 2018 for service. It would be good if they didn't show up and try to charge me for services I never ordered. That would help. I'll never use them again.
