A & E Factory Service is by far the most unreliable, unprofessional, and disreputable of any service company in the world. It has been over a month and my two year old GE refrigerator is still not repaired. (This is not the fault of their hard working repair service rep that has worked his ass off trying to make things right.) The A & E contact people, reading from script are in the Phillipines and have no clue. GE is on the same level as they are hawking cheap products made in Mexico. These 'technicians' have not a clue. And Sears stands by them. No wonder Sears is going out. I have a refrigerator that worked fine its first year so I bought a Master protection agreement (which is barely worth the paper its written on). They cancell appointments that take two weeks to get. (I have had this happen twice). I take off work to have them walk in an say that my freezer is too full???? i have been waiting for 4 hours for the technician to show up, if i didn't constantly call i would not get updates. Nothing like blowing half a days wages for just waiting. And still waiting. I recommend to every appliance buyer out there to not buy the extended warranties offered at Lowes since this is who services their accounts. If I could leave no stars I would. 6 months later and dishwasher still not fixed. 10 appointments. Have ordered so many parts that it has cost more than the dishwasher is worth and could have just replaced. Customer service reps are patronizing and do not care. The last "repair" visit they could have burned down the house. Called customer service because the smell was burning our eyes. Nobody cared or came back out.

Horrific service! Did not keep the appointment and the people were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to help. I am located in Tennessee and they said they are from Nashville but could not give me a number in Nashville. They said they were not allowed to give the number out. I recommend that you stay away from these guys. Very sketchy!

Absolutely the worst. Cancelled appointments with zero notice. Over 4 separate visits trying to repair my refrigerator. Still not repaired. All the techs blame the previous tech when the repairs don't happen. If I wasn't being held up by the warranty company I would never take my business to these guys. Customer service reps are rude. Argued that I didn't have an appointment and refused to except proof via email that they confirmed the appointment with me. Awful. Just awful.

A&E Factory Service was sent to my home to perform a service for a recalled Samsung top load washing machine. The washing machine worked perfectly before the repairman came to our home. After the repair was performed, the machine does not work at all. And the company continues to give me the run around on who I need to contact to have it fixed.
