My sister bought a stove 6mo ago, have been waiting around for a week, every day is an excuse. This last time they cancelled told her that she rescheduled which is all lies, she asked to speak to a supervisor then they hung up on her. What kind of business are you running? Being reported to the BBB

I was forced to use this service through my Lowes extended warranty. 2 months later, my dryer is still not working When I called customer service at 800.905.9505, and later, Roger, the only American whose number I have, 601.862.8194 I was told that no one has control of the service people or their multiple canceled appointments. I am told there is no one on a corporate level to speak with.

We have been trying to get our refrigerator repaired since April. First, the wrong parts were ordered, then only one technician showed up for a 2 person job, then the job was done wrong, then, again, only one person showed up for a 2 person job, then, no one showed, then again today one person showed up for a 2 person job (after we called to confirm that 2 people were coming. My husband called, and the customer service rep hung up on him (granted he was mad, but was not rude). This company is a joke. I have never experienced... read more

By honoring their repair commitments and giving the customer a courtesy call to advise the customer when they expect to be at their house.

You were supposed to repair my freezer on December 12 at my home. The freezer was irreparable. The service call for the repair was $99 which I paid on the spot with his credit card reader. In January I got a bill in the mail for $99. I have called no less than 5 1-800 numbers and have basically been given a line of BS from each person I called. I cant dispute with anyone on the phone, they wont talk to me. My bank, Chase, confirms that you got the payment on December 16 for the full $99. As you don't want to talk to me I wil... read more
