I have never been so disappointed with any company like I have been with A&E Factory Service! Customer Service sucks and so does the Solution Department. This company is very irresponsible they always order the wrong parts and never call you back to schedule the appointment you are the one that has to call in and check when is ur appointment date. So if you buy the extended warranty for any of your appliances make sure that you don't get scheduled with A&E!!! 2 thumbs down!
