Horrible service. Service call yesterday on our freezer. Technician ordered a part and left with money. The entire refrigerator broke down within a few. hours. 200.00 of freezer and refrigerator food, wasted. We have no idea what the technician did to cause the refrigerator side to shut down. Called A&E this morning, requesting technician today, promised twice by 2 different customer service agents, tech would be out by 1 pm. By 4 pm no call, no tech. 1 star isn't good enough for how upset I am right now. Today I had my regrigerator serviced. Although the service tech Ed did an awesome job and fixed my problem, my complaint is, is that When scheduling the appt online, it says get a 20% discount with a printable coupon. However, the tech and I chatted a bit, as I was doing others things as well, people leaving, I totally forgot the coupon. I called back to try and get the discount applied and they won't do it. They were subcontracted thru lowes, i was on a 3 way call with them and lowes to schedule an oven repair for 2 hours. Waited a week, repair man never opened door on oven, diagnosed on what i told him. And didnt have the ignitor. So waiting another week. I told them over the phone i thought it was ignitor, maybe have one on the truck. Could not even speak to a supervisor when asked. Worst ever.
This company was sent out by Lowe's to do our warranty work on our washer . Service tech showed up and checked out the washer ordered part had them sent to our house . Parts will arrive Thursday we will be back Friday the 1st . Parts came in A&E no show. Call about the appointment told me it would be Friday the 8th. Got an automated call the 7th tech will be at your house between 8am and 5pm . No show again got a call about 430 pm saying I'll need to call for an other appointment .Call to complain was hung up on . I was not ... read more
