Terrible customer service, awful work ethic. They accepted a repair from LG & then continuously rescheduled us. They had no interest in meeting their time commitment. They told me if I didn't reschedule I would be waiting for no on because no one would show up. When I told them to return this job to LG so someone else could accept it because this is a freezer repair, they told us they don't make those phone calls. Extremely long wait times to do warranty work. GE and whatever other company should find a service company to their work, because it makes their brand look bad when this company takes a month plus to come do work if they even come at all with all the rescheduling they do.

Amidst the COVID-19 battle, as a healthcare worker promptly washing / drying my work uniform is very important. I can’t risk bringing those contaminates to my family. When my new and still under warranty dryer suddenly broke, the warranty work through Lowe’s hires this A&E company. They didn’t have the parts, once the parts arrived they THEN put me on a schedule to wait nearly a month. I have been without a washing machine for over a week and you canceled my appointment without notice. I scheduled through American Home Shield who said the appointment was still active on their end and called A&E Factory Service who said the appointment was canceled on their end and a new request would have to be sent and a new appointment scheduled for on or after the 30th. I did not cancel the appointment and I still don't have a washing machine.

Reschedule, reschedule, and probably reschedule again. The tech has been here twice, essentially said on the 2nd visit that if fridge still doesn't work to contact Kenmore because he doesn't know what else to do. Kenmore transfers to Sears who schedules another visit. Fridge went out 4/1. I'll find someone else to fix it.
