Liz has transformed my unhealthy, dark, box dyed hair, to gorgeous blonde locks! She is amazing! If you are in the Louisville area and you are a woman, you MUST get your hair done by Liz! Received an email from this studio this morning that I had been charged for products that I didn't purchase. I called to see what the issue was and instead of telling me they made a mistake, the owner was argumentative and didn't offer an apology. She made it like it was my issue. I was only trying to see why I had been charged or even received the email that I was charged, when I haven't been to this studio in years...instead of helping, she pointed the finger at me.
