Very disappointed in the service. Sales Rep came to our home on May 20, 2019 to give us a quote. We made the purchase. Was not until June 12 that the installers came to do the installation. They could not complete installation because some measurements were wrong and one item was not made according to order. A re-order for the incorrect items was not made until June 17. Horrible experience and will definitely spread the word how terrible their customer service is. I set up a consultation visit for 12 NN and I was informed AFTER I’ve set up the appointment that they will arrive between between 12-1 PM and will need 2 hours do discuss 2 small windows for blackout shades. 2 hours!!! Ordered my blinds for a business. Received a quote and placed a 51% deposit, installer came out to measure and I was told that it would have to be broken into two orders to meet my deadline because construction was not complete to measure all windows. Paid the 49% before install then received an email for an additional $3000 for the 'second order BUT the 'second order' was already in the original quote. ordered my blinds on april 10 1nd blinds came may 1 and they were incorrectly made. meanwhile I have been charged full amount for the blinds and still do not have them. Customer service was terrible and offered nothing to make me feel better about them having my money and me having no product. they said they could come and replace in week and half. Dont ever use this company.
I contracted for sliding door vertical blinds. This company has made 4 installation attempts over the past 6 weeks and still not correct. I requested a refund and only getting run around from one person to another. Horrible quality for $1000+ blinds and still don’t have a working product
My order with 3 Day Blinds took 146 days to complete, including 8 days off work to entertain the design consultant and 4 different installation technicians. It all started with a new home and a commercial boasting about THREE DAYS. My husband works nights and I really wanted to get him black out blinds quickly. This company is fraught with misleading advertising and sales techniques that enable them to quickly collect your money and not deliver as promised. We have waiting over 3 months for our shutters and have had multiple cancellations of the installation appointments only to learn tonight (less than 12 hours from our latest re-scheduled install) that the product is “damaged” and will be a minimum of 5-6 more weeks. 3 Day Blinds is the single worst provider we have EVER dealt with and is to be avoided. Awful experience with product quality and installation. Ordered blinds for four (4) rooms. Have had many issues with quality of the product and installation. Installers damaged moldings; refused to correct and fix. Some blinds were short, valences are warping, pull strings are uneven. They have made no effort to correct the issues. Placed an order for blinds on all of my windows last June. The first time the installers came out, one of the horizontal blinds was ordered incorrectly and the vertical blinds were missing, so both items had to be reordered. Since then, the installers have returned three times because the vertical blinds have holes in them and the slats have to be reordered and replaced.
