This company engages in unscrupulous business practices and is very poor in following up on problems and complaints. I was billed for a defective product and it was never replaced yet I am still being billed for it. I don't understand how a company with so many bad reviews gets an A+ rating with the BBB. My only recourse is legal action. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 6 window treatments on July 27, 2019 with a contract commitment of delivery by Sept. 3, 2019 and paid in full. By Sept. 3 I had nothing. I knew that 4 of 6 were complete but they put them in storage rather than install them so at least they could have provided me with something by my deadline. Installers (3rd party) contacted 3 Day Blinds to install 4 but they never received an answer. Four were finally installed on Sept. 23. Other two were yet to be found. HORRIBLE experience!! While I’ve never complained about any service company i must WARN anyone thinking about using 3 Day Blinds. . Every room was measured incorrectly and had to be reordered after holes for install we’re drilled. Then a reordered 3 slider door treatment was LOST as it was supposed to be delivered directly to me. Use caution (i.e. buy elsewhere) - very poor product quality. Paid over $900 for defective blinds. They sent us replacements for free, but they were nearly defective - very cheap-looking & low quality. Company has no satisfaction or quality guarantee. They will not stand behind their product.

One of the worst retail experiences of my life. Read all the other reviews and just add my name to them. I placed an order on August 9. It is now September 30 and I still do not have my shades. First it was no remote control, then it was a bad measurement, then it was another bad measurement. and on on on

I am very disappointed. The sales rep was great but didn't measure properly. Judith reordered and it was weing again but she did expedite the next order. However, the windows/shades look horrible. I even emailed pictures to wish her reply wa as WOW. I have emaed and called and she is not responding. I have been on hold well over 10 minutes as Judirh doesn't anwser. I am fed up and ******** *******will be disputing the charges.

Our business has REPEATEDLY asked to be "unsubscribed" from the DAILY (sometimes several per day) spam emails that we get from them. One problem - the pay spammers to use random email addresses, even going so far as to somehow circumvent the recipient (aka MY) email address so that it is impossible to "unsubscribe" my email address. I have tried blocking them, but because they send this crap from a different email address every time, blocking is useless, as well. I wish I had read these comments before making the purchase last year - October 2018. Now I am seeing current reviews with the same negative comments about 3-Day Blind. It should be apparent by now - this is a very bad company selling a very bad product. DO NOT BUY FROM 3DB.
