I had an awful experience with 3 day blinds and I would never recommend them. I wanted to share my experience so that maybe someone else won’t have to experience what I did. We wanted motorized shades that would connect with our smart home. We told the sales rep exactly what we wanted, we spent 4 hours with her and paid over $7,000 for the shades. If I could give negative stars I would. We paid for our blinds on 3/24/19 and paid an additional $500 for the "3-day" service of shipment and install. A few days later, we were told there would be an additional cost because our blind needed a custom ledge built so it would cost another $500 AND they wouldn't be able to get our blinds to us in the promised window. Cannot get in touch with anyone at their service number that's listed on their website. The valances fell off all three of my vertical blinds that were installed by 3 day blinds. After calling the service number and being placed on auto hold, the call would disconnect after apporox. 8 minutes. This happened 6 consecutive times while on my lunch hour on 7/18/19. Do not understand how they currently have an A+ rating with the BBB with all the bad reviews. Will definitely not use them for any future project at my house again.

I ordered an expensive $3000 shade from a wonderful design Consultant. That’s where the wonderful ended. I paid in full, the shades were done in 48 hours. When I called the number to have them installed I was told they were shipped to the wrong address and they would have to call me back. No call back, and they didn’t return my calls. 4 days later I received an email from a case manager, again no explanation just a case number. Same experience as the the other reviews. We made our order in May, 60 days later, still not blinds. 1 window was installed incorrectly, and the other windows were apparently not measured correctly and not installed. No communication, no urgency to help the customer, all around terrible customer service. Beware this company.
Ordered (and paid for) vertical blinds through the local sales rep (Joel) for 1 window approximately 2 months ago and product still has not shown up. I tried reaching out to Joel multiple times via email, but no response. The last reply he sent was 2 weeks ago saying he was checking into it. The production time and customer service are not acceptable.
Real quick, ordered (3 day lol) blinds the vertices were delivered, head rail severly bent, Installer apologized said he never saw that before, they reordered, SECOND attempt for installation, head rail was once again, damaged. We canceled the order asked for a refund and he said we would be getting a return call, 2 weeks later no call. Called and they refused to give us a refund and said they can only reorder. Worst Home Window Treatment Business Review Three Day Blinds has given us the worst experience in dealing with a business. Use them at your own risk. We ordered our blinds in March 2019. They are still not complete. We agreed upon a price, and after signing, the salesperson called the next day and tried to go up on the price.
