I would have left no stars, but the system wouldn't let me. I ordered 3 blinds for standard sized windows in my home. Only one was delivered, which I refused. Their installer tried to book an appointment to install two, but didn't have the third. All three blinds are going on three windows on the same wall. I again refused. A month later, I've made repeated attempts to get information about when the order will be fulfilled to no avail. If Covid 19 was an issue, they said they wouldn't have accepted the order. We had a couple of our rooms measured for some blinds to be made for our house . When the blinds were delivered , one of them had a hole in it which was replaced , however 2 windows in the master bedroom were measured wrong! I called and spoke to a manger who said their policy is to fix the issue , which is fine, however in the mean time while I'm waiting for someone to come re-measure , then have them made and delivered , I'm still paying on them. This should not be a functioning business. I'll make this short, hire someone else. What it was supposed to take 3 days, it has now taken 2 1/2 MONTHS. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone after you purchase and if you do, they just pass the ball to someone else and will keep you like that for as long as you let them. I was so excited about getting my curtains done. This company messed up my order then then lied to me/denied their verbal promises to fix the problems to my 100% satisfaction. Their verbal promises are absolutely not to be trusted. Watch your back. If you choose to deal with them, you MUST/MUST get everything in writing.

BIG HEADACHE. AVOID 3-DAY BLINDS!!! They messed up my curtain order--spent most of visit bragging about why it's better to spend more with 3 day blinds than the competition. Found out that actual purchase would cost not the whopping $4,700 but much more for 3 curtains they missed measuring at day of delivery. When I indicated I could not afford the new full package, designer Lori told me not to refuse the order. She flat our LIED to me that 3 day blinds would meet my price or I could return the curtains. ordered my blinds on October 19, 2019 and they still aren't right. 1st order blinds were to short for my window. reorder longer blinds and they shorted me 3 slats reorder the 3 slats and they came in a different (much darker) shade reorder the 3 slats again and they came in a different (much darker) shade again reorder the everything (both sliding glass door and window next to it-so color will all match) and the installation company called the day of my appointment to cancel and reschedule rescheduled for 2 more weeks, and w... read more

This company is a big mess. They initially misrepresented the functionality of a product they sold me, have insisted upon multiple visits to my home for the same measurement, and are disorganized in ordering the parts needed for my project. I have been trying for three months to get my order settled. I am now trying to get a refund which they refuse to issue. Save yourself the trouble and find another company to work with.

we need repairs done on our 3 day blinds, we've been trying to deal with this for at least 6 weeks. they keep jacking us around, telling us someone will call us, nobody ever does. we keep calling with no success. Nobody else will fix them because they are 3 day blinds. they weren't cheap and we don't know what to do. its extremely frustrating.

Miss leading info , no return no refund no, guarantee, very rude , no customer satisfaction, worse company ever. They did not match my existing window shade , yet they do not want take it back . I will never recommend them to my friends, Dealing with them is a nightmare
