I encountered a very nice, competent, in-house representative, who I would give 5 stars to. But I had a very poor customer service representative on the phone, that I would give 0 stars to! The customer service representative would not honor their warranty, and accused me of trying to get blinds repaired that were not theirs! The blinds were absolutely theirs, and the in-house representative could see that, but the very rude customer service representative on the phone, would not believe her or me! Do not use this company. I ordered silk/satin blinds and they delivered another product poorly made badly measured all uneven AND not in the fabric I ordered. To make them better they wanted $9,000 extra including fixing the poorly made vertical for the guest room. I called other companies obtained a beauty product and it cost me a third for both rooms They refuse to refund the money using the excuse we had three days to cancel. Who can see into the future to know they’d deliver the wrong product?

Do not use 3 Day Blinds. The quality of product and installation is poor. It will not be installed in 3 Days as advertised. They make you pay in full before project completion, and even when there are issues flagged during installation as in our case (broken product, mis-measured pieces, missing pieces, and hung incorrectly to name a few). I'm going on 3 months now, even with an "open case" to address this and there are several issues yet to be resolved. I scheduled an appointment with 3 Day Blinds 2 weeks in advance but cancelled shortly after creating it. Now I have to deal with periodic "3 Day Blind" pop ups on my computer. It's a huge nuisance. Why not send an email on rare occasions instead of a pop up every time I log into my computer. Makes me wonder what other business practices they resort too.

Do not use this company. The first issue was the guy who came to take measurements (because the blind consultant is not allowed to stand on a ladder) was 45 minutes late and I had to reschedule. I had ordered $4300 worth of blinds from this company. I needed nearly my whole house to be completed. I ordered three Roman Shades, which cost me $1570. The three shades were not cut correctly and were crooked at the bottom. There was about a half inch difference on one side which you could clearly see. I took pictures and advised t... read more

I've been a homeowner for more than twenty years and have done many repairs and projects. I've never felt the need to post reviews online before, but I want to save anyone I can the absolute aggravation of using this company. If I could give negative stars, I would. It's simply that bad. Their blinds fell of the iron rod multiple times so you can imagine how cheap their quality is. They still charge you so much money for the remote control blinds. No compensation or barely any was provided for fabric falling off multiple times. Holes were made in the walls with no plans on fixing them. Multiple phone calls and upset conversations later, they said they would send out a technician. The customer service was garbage. Very diasspointed with our decision to go with them.

Failed to meet contractually agreed upon installation date because the design consultant had "personal issues" and forgot to enter our order with the factory for nearly 3 weeks. Over-charged $566.30 for items never ordered or installed. After repeated requests for a refund, 3 Day has now stopped responding. Going to have to resolve via chargeback with credit card company.

No response no follow up. 3 Day Blinds has taken 3 months. We have asked for assistance however we have not received any resolution. Meanwhile our drapes are taken down and we have no window covering.
