This is the worst and most dishonest company around. They charge a ridiculous amount for the service provided. It took months to get my curtains and when it was delivered parts were missing. Then left the curtains on the ground and said someone would call. No one called. I was then assigned a case manager, C. Z. Who doesn’t return phone calls, emails, or anything. There is no way to get anyone on the phone for refunds or status updates. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Terrible Customer Service! They charge way too much and then lied about the length of delivery. I ordered July 25th, ground shipping, which they said would take about 10 days. It is August 25th and the order is still not complete. I emailed customer service for a compensation plan and tried to speak to someone on numerous occasions and got the run-around. Again - not worth the money and not worth the wait!!
Do not order!!! they promise products they do not carry and then when they deliver it's all wrong. They ignore your emails and promise over phone discounts and that they will fix or correct but will not put it in writing. Company is not what you think better off going to **** ***** or ***** or somewhere were you can get customer service. They also charge your card before order arrives so you have to fight with your credit card. DO NOT SIGN INSTALL IF ORDER IS WRONG.
I wish I could give them negative stars like a black hole or something. I actually made an appointment pre-COVID with **** **** ****** that was rescheduled multiple times during the pandemic which was understandable. On the 4th reschedule (no exaggeration), 3 Day Blinds called to reschedule and let me know that they acquired **** *** ******. I worked with the branch in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I worked with the Fort Lauderdale Florida branch. Scott C***** was the salesperson. It was easy to set the appointment and Scott is a likable person and that is the only reason why I have given this company just one star. Before I tell you why my first advice is to move on and do not use this company. It should be called 30 day blinds on the day of installation I get a call and then they told me two weeks I had to cancel the order because I was so dissatisfied I wouldn’t suggest that anybody interested in blinds deal with this company my sales person Emily was very unprofessional and did not satisfy my needs again don’t use this company
Worst customer service experience of my life!! I ordered drapes and roller shades the beginning of March, and now close to 5 months later, 3 Day Blinds has still not delivered. Multiple installers have completed measurements, and of the four windows fitted for roller shades, three had to be returned due to inaccurate measurements. And of the 3 shades returned, the second and third installations were STILL measured wrong. BIG LIES told by their design consultant and my order had never arrived. 800 number dropped my call several times. A complete scam company!! AVOID 3Day Blinds all together.
So far I was happy with the sales process UNTIL I received a letter from ***** ***Program stating my application for credit was denied. I PAID CASH for my order. This has put a sour taste in my mouth and I am requesting CANCELLATION and FULL REFUND. I will go someplace else to spend my money. I have also sent notification to the Bank as well as the ******* ******* ******** ******. In addition, I am sending in a Fraud alert.
