This company is nothing but a fraud. Ordered the simplest of mini-blinds on September 7, and on November 1 still don't have my order (and if the past time frame is any indicator, it will be another month). Took off work twice to facilitate the installation and twice the installer showed up with broken blinds - I asked after the first time why the installer couldn't open the boxes at their own site and then let the customer know in advance they wouldn't need to take off work because the blinds are damaged, so it absolutely sh... read more

no stars ~ My continued dispute with 3 day blinds is due to the delivered product not being what was described during my appointment with the consultant. The consultant arrived with a portable computer, no “props” to give the customer a visual of what would be installed and a credit card charging machine. I trusted the photos shared on my iPhone an addition to our discussion was enough to confirm an unwritten agreement of what I wanted installed. Zero stars. Was the worst consumer experience I have ever had. Initial bid twice their competitors for same shades, overcharging "errors" on invoice, took 10 days, not 3 days for shades come in, balance was paid without my knowledge before I ever saw product or had it installed, installer was rude and then intentionally hung the shades in the most unattractive and non-functional way. Had a consultant come to our home. She was friendly and appeared to have knowledge of the product. She gave an initial estimated quote because the 3 windows were too high for her to do an exact measure. Quoted on 3 different styles of blinds. I told her the most expensive option was out....way too much $. The other 2 options, I wanted to see a breakdown and maybe would consider going with the more expensive option on only 2 windows instead of the full 3. Awful experience that is ongoing with this company. Wrong pattern blinds were installed, yet the saleswoman, Kim, would not return my phone calls to verify that what I got was wrong. One vane was notched wrong and the installer noted it at installation. After weeks of phone tag with the installer, he came to install the vane, and it was STILL notched wrong, AND it had the pattern I originally ordered, not the one that was installed, which verified to me that I did in fact order a different pattern than what they originally i... read more

I have an issue with 3Day blinds who contracted with me on Feburary 15, 2018 to provide and install two shutters--i bedroom and 1family room for which they were paid $1,007.37. It is now June 16 and no sign of any shutters. When we inquired of Paul Martin at the Irvine Office we were told that the order had not been submitted until May 24 and the shutter order could not be filled until the end of July. I ordered vertical blinds on Friday, 5/25 and was promised installation on Friday 6/1. The installation company called and said they couldn’t install until Monday, 6/4, between 8:00 and noon. On Monday, 6/4, I received an email stating an installer would arrive between 10:00 and noon. No one showed up. I called the installation company and got voice mail. SPAMMERS - I constantly get spam in my inbox for "3 day blinds". I've never signed up with them or asked for any information, I just get mercilessly spammed by them year after year. NEVER do business with spammers, if you give them money then you are perpetuating their business model.
