I would like to formally submit a compliant on his company. I initially scheduled a consultation and had a gentleman come out and took initial measurements. I advised I was interested in blinds for 6 large windows and one half circle window. I was given a quote of just over $2600 and decided to move forward. Have never been treated this badly as far as customer service... .... going on 4 months now and my order is still not completed. Received cheap blinds, not the shades I requested, wrong color and style, defective mechanism to raise and lower the shades. Hands down the worst I have been treated by a company in my life. I'm a Disabled Veteran who was looking to have Blinds installed in my new home. It was around the holidays, 12/23/2017. 3 Day Blinds phone agents lied to me and it’s going to cost me over $2,500 to fix. I've purchased a standard honeycomb shade and three dual-shades from 3 Day Blinds for four windows in my home since May 2016. I recently had the windows in my home replaced. How can 3 Day Blinds have an A+ rating????? First appt was canceled for unknown reason. Second appt the consultant, Susan ****, never showed up and never called. The company claimed she resigned. Ha! I can see why! I found this out after waiting for the 2 1/2 hour window they give for the consultant to show up. They then offered to reschedule for a THIRD time - I did not take their offer. We have had issues with the 3-Day Blinds Repair Center in Ventura County. Repair of blinds takes much longer than told. Recently dropped blind to be repaired--took 1 month to get back and a part of missing. Had to call repair center 3 to 4 times regarding missing part, was told they will call back, but we did not receive any return calls. It is our understanding that the repair technician is not always at the repair center location. Example of repairs done: repair of broken blind strings and/or broke wands.
I called 3 Day Blinds around August 22 to request the repair of a Honey Comb Shade, under warranty. Customer Service offer 3 options. I selected "In Home Repair", in which I had to pay an additional $85. I was told that a person would come out and repair the shade her at my house. They accepted the payment and told me to wait 3 to 4 days for a call for an appointment. That time passed. On 5 Day I called Customer Service. I went to 3 Day Blinds website only 1 time on my PC, and now I get annoying desktop alerts from them. I called customer service asking how to remove this, and they asked me to "Google it" because they do not know. Of course I had to leave a bad Google review while there. Here it is days later, and I get unexplained graphics on the lower right of my PC screen in Microsoft Word. If I click on them, 3 Day Blinds website appears.
