The downtown 24 hour fitness is Sacramentos version of Hollywood.Everybody is rude and self-absorbed. I only play basketball at this location. Ive been going to this gym 5yrs. The manager and Assistant have never talked to me. Most Black people that go to this location feel the racial profiling but ignore it.I was playing basketball and some lady was working out in front of the basketball court. Cancellation policy needs to be amended. This should be a see less process instead of having to go to facility and experience poor attitudes from staff regarding their system outages and ability to cancel membership. This is a process that should be accessible online. Havent used membership in months due to pregnancy and still being charged. Makes no sense that member has to go in to the facility to cancel. When you dont even need to be there to sign up.
