Great facility with amenities well above the established norm. Unfortunately, the leadership is pitifully lacking. This is problematic for members especially pertaining to safety and security. Locks are being broken off lockers and members belongings stolen from the locker room. I have been a victim of theft two times while working out at 24 Hour Fitness. Still not operating 24 hours/day three years after the pandemic. The ******************* facility is old and equipment is always breaking down. The jacuzzi has been out of operation for two weeks. I have complained several times to management and they give non answers. I even complained to corporate and they knocked two months off my membership, but never fixed the problem!

I have been a member of 24Hour Fitness for a very long time, I keep my membership because it I have access to any of the 24 hour gyms in the different states I work, however I have attended the ******* gym (***** ***************) several times in the last few months and so far it is the worse of all the gyms I have attended in **********, ***** and ****************. it is so dirty that the shower shows a lot of mold on the floor and wall tiles. you can see the mold on the water drinking fountain, a sign that it is not clean ... read more

BE WARNED. do not give your credit card information over the phone.I called the Arcadia location on Friday Sep 15, 2023 at 10am, to renew my membership, "********" answered the call, he sounded very friendly and helpful. He even offered to waive the annual fee if I renew my membership over the phone. After giving him all of my information including credit card info, he told me that my membership is active and I can go to the club same day. And that I would receive an email confirmation. Horrible customer service and fraud. I tried to cancel my membership online the first week of August and it kept giving me an error. I was charged membership dues on August 27th, 2023 for membership August 27th - September 27th 2023. I called my club in ******, ** on August 28, 2023 and explained that I tried to cancel prior to the membership renewing and they refused to refund my dues.
