0 out of 5. Don't fall for their 3-day free guest pass. It's not free, because it costs a $20. $20 to decide if I want to come back? No where on their site did it state this policy, and I guess it is left up to the daily sales managers. I found on-the-spot and was humiliated, since I just ended my previous gym membership to come here for a trial. I only did this because it was closer. Bought a training package of 8. Covid caused all to shut down. I have/had 6 sessions left 800$ paid and 10+ years of membership. Could not get a hold of a sole in corporate for a year. Contacted local gym once recently-opened (As advised by corporate after a year of calls) Gym WOULD NOT reimburse over 500$ in services not RENDERED. No communication. No contact. When I cancelled my account, I filled everything out properly, got a confirmation, and discussed with someone on the phone to ensure it was fully done. These scumbags keep charging you after you cancel, even during COVID.I was getting ripped off for months.

Signed up for the 3 day pass to see how the gym is and called ahead of time to see if the pool was open as this is the main reason why I wanted to go to the gym. The woman on the phone (*********) was very rude and said that because I was a member ~2 or 3 years ago at a different location they could not authorize me to use the 3 day pass and I'd have to pay a day use fee instead to enter the location... For some who pays 50$ a month I shouldnt feel rushed in the midst of a shower your black guy wit dreads has the worst customer service @ ************************************************** if this continues I will be canceling my membership

Not good at all. They gym is suppose to open at 5am, but as of lately it doesn't open until much later. Members however continue waiting outside patiently, the gym (*********, **) doesn't open until 6:30 or 7:00a. This happens frequently. I give this fitness center location a 1 out of 5 stars.

I am surprised and disappointed that the *********** and ******************************* would allow the staff members, including the new General Manager of the location at ********** and ******* in ******, ***** to park in the designated Handicap spots WITHOUT having a permit to do so. I've witnessed several members with valid permits having to park in regular spots due to the fact that staff and ** are parked in the designated handicap spots.
