Though somewhat difficult to reach by phone, Nazy was incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. The Genesis concierge was a real luxury and much appreciated.

I tried to buy a car from them on the internet and they sold it out from under me. Even with an approved application and deposit. Do not trust these people, they are not honest.

Hyundai issued an update to my 2017 Sonata's media system that crashed it. The service people were able to wipe the software, and reinstall it. The media system works just fine like it used to.

This dealership has ZERO interest in customer service. Over the past 2.5 years, I purchased 3 new vehicles from Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale, the most recent, a Palisade, Calligraphy. There was an issue with the paint.
