I had an emergency tire rim problem and needed to leave my Genesis because part needed and because no loaner available I had to find a rental. Ben Girard was able to find me a loaner the next day and expedite a new rim from LA. He kept me informed along the way of status and did my regular maintainence as well as correct a minor issue while waiting for a new rim. He went on vacation before completed but advised me and turned over to Jason Colburn to insure I was taken care of. Jason seems to be a nice guy also.

Visited Earnhardt Hyundai to check out the Tucson and Sonata and Colin Fitschk explained no inventory available currently and suggested the Palisade or the Santa Fe. Colin was very professional and courteous as we tried to decide what to do and let us walk around and talk about what to do. My wife looked at a white Genesis G80 and suggested we talk to Colin about a test drive.
