Excellent service as usual. Service was performed within the timeframe promised. My service advisor, Ricardo, was very gracious in answering my questions and going over the results of the car inspection. Since it was hot outside, he offered me a bottle of cold water on the way out. A real gentleman! Great service BUT contacting service department via telephone frustrating. Receptionist says someone will call you back “by 6 pm” that day. It takes days to get a call back and on one occasion no call back at all. I know there are a lot of issues right now but don’t set expectations you can’t meet.
