Everything was straightforward and above board. What they said they would do, they did. Norm in service was accommodating and professional. Mike (service mgr.), went overboard to make things right. They are definitely geared toward the customer.

I had appointment with Jason on 3/22/22 around 845am was not available due per emergency regarding engine light which occurred on 2/27/22 which i had email him with screen shot. On 3/2/22 received called and voice message from Nazy to bring vehicle but before that she asked that will send a survey by email and give 5 star which i did. On March 22 2022 i used chat Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale with Leandra C which i have transcript regarding warranty of my 2018 hyundai Tuscon and i gave my email and phone number have not received a call or email after nine days. I also email Jason Coburn service advisor asking regarding my warranty same question and to this day have not got a call or email. I am not sure if anyone wants to call me or email.
