Ricardo is the man!! He's fast, fair, and efficient. I found out through the course of our conversation that he's a Marine which makes sense given the way he does his job. As long as Ricardo is there, I'm not going anywhere but Earnhardt Hyundai.

This was my first time going to the Earnhardt Hyundai. I called about a week ago to double check if I needed to make an appointment to receive service (oil change etc.) on my car. The lady I talked to on the phone didn’t seem very nice and was quite blunt in the way she answered my questions. It seemed to me that she was annoyed that I did not know that I needed to make an appointment and should’ve just looked online. Love this dealership and working with Art. They went the distance, got me out of 8 months of expensive 2019 MB GLE43 lease payments, paid the residual and sales tax on the buy out and put me in a GV80 with more comfort, luxury and features than the AMG GLE43 package offered. I can’t imagine anyone driving anything other than a Genesis :) I’ve owned Jaguar, Maserati, Range Rover, multiple Mercedes and nothing compares to this Genesis GV80. This will remain my brand and dealership forever. Thank you Art.
Jonathan & Ian helped me & my wife in getting her car. They were easy to work with & straightforward. We understand Ian had to offer the extended warranty & the different service plans but he was very respectful when we declined it. There was no pressure at all & we really appreciate it. It’s a 3-hour drive from where we live but we wouldn’t mind driving back to this dealer if we would need to buy a car again
