Ricardo is the best. He goes above and beyond in doing his job. He will not return the car unless it is 100%.. He goes out of his way to help his customers. Best service advisor I have ever dealt with. He is a major reason that I bought my second Genesis from Earnhardt.
My experience at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale was amazing! This was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I was dealing with Brad Burnham and looking for the 2021 Hyundai Ltd. in red which was not in stock. He told me he would keep his eyes out for one and not badger me with phone calls or texts unless he had what I wanted. Brad kept his word and we closed the deal. He and the other staff actually did everything in their power to get me out of the dealership before the Suns game began and they kept their promise.

My wife and I are very pleased with the purchase of our 2021 Hyundai Sonata Limited. My wife does all the family car research and she had just about given up on the entire idea when she called and spoke with DJ Carnley. This was hands down THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had, and being in our 50's we have had many. Julian was so easy to talk with and was very patient with my husband who is awful about spending money on cars. I picked out the car I wanted (lots of upgrades of course) and my husband told Julian what he was willing to put down and spend per month.
