Ibrahim in sales was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. He handled my frustration over a lack of inventory due to the Covid supply issues with grace and understanding. My wife and I are very pleased with the purchase of our 2021 Hyundai Sonata Limited. My wife does all the family car research and she had just about given up on the entire idea when she called and spoke with DJ Carnley. She explained to him what we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay. They worked together on the price and within an hour he had called back with the approval. This was hands down THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had, and being in our 50's we have had many. Julian was so easy to talk with and was very patient with my husband who is awful about spending money on cars. I picked out the car I wanted (lots of upgrades of course) and my husband told Julian what he was willing to put down and spend per month. Ricardo is the man!! He's fast, fair, and efficient. I found out through the course of our conversation that he's a Marine which makes sense given the way he does his job. As long as Ricardo is there, I'm not going anywhere but Earnhardt Hyundai.
I had such a great experience buying my first car/Hyundai all thanks to Brad Burnham. I never felt pressured and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Brad was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to use the different features in my Kona. I would highly recommend him!
This was my first time going to the Earnhardt Hyundai. I called about a week ago to double check if I needed to make an appointment to receive service (oil change etc.) on my car. The lady I talked to on the phone didn’t seem very nice and was quite blunt in the way she answered my questions. Love this dealership and working with Art. They went the distance, got me out of 8 months of expensive 2019 MB GLE43 lease payments, paid the residual and sales tax on the buy out and put me in a GV80 with more comfort, luxury and features than the AMG GLE43 package offered. I can’t imagine anyone driving anything other than a Genesis :) I’ve owned Jaguar, Maserati, Range Rover, multiple Mercedes and nothing compares to this Genesis GV80.
