On March 30 in the evening, we test drove a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe and decided to purchase the vehicle. We had been pre-approved for financing through Capital One Auto Locator. Because it was close to 9 PM after we were done with the test drive, the finance manager could not get a hold of anyone to verify the finance rate (this is the first questionable occurrence).
