Electrical Service Ricardo does a terrific job and is totally focused on customer service. We have taken our vehicle to him for over 4 years and have always been very satisfied.
Informative positive experience . We stopped in "just to look". Greco was pleasant and kept the conversation focused on what we wanted. He was knowledgable about the car, demonstrated various features and encouraged us to test drive the car. There was no stress or pressure to make a purchase. We did buy a 2020 Hyundai Tucson---red!!!! Thank you Greco for always smiling and staying positive.
General Maintnance The service was excellent (including car wash)and it was completed on time. Every time I bring the car for routine maintanace or some other issue the service advisor and staff greet you with a smile and are always courteous.
Ktodd I have purchased three new vehicles from this dealership. Each time it has been an easy, professional transaction. I will never go to another dealership. All my vehicles are also serviced at this dealership because of the excellent personnel.
service dept has gotten fantastic over the years A guy named Ricardo is who I ask for mostly b/c he does such a great job on everything! Sales is also a big part of why I do business with very fair minded sales people and financing has always been remarkable.
