Always great service Can’t say enough good things about Ricardo. Always on top of things and makes sure the appointment goes well. Keeps me coming back for service. I’m not looking for a new car but the service here would certainly make me strongly consider Earnhardt.
Service and wait time was as expected. I had a 9:00 appt., and was greeted, but the customer service department seemed short handed and I wasn’t checked in until 9:30. Ben was veryfriendly and apologized for the late checkin. I was offered a free oil change and car wash...score!
A new Palisade Great ! everything went fantastic and very very happy with the SUV. Stopped in test drove the vehicle worked the trade in and picked it up the following day. Again very happy with the whole process the dealership and the Palisade!
Buying new car I went in last week just to test drive but wasn't ready to buy for another month and they did not try to pressure sell me or call me daily
Another fantastic service experience As always at this place, fantastic service. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Mike Saccheri arranged appointment time that worked best for me, greeted me upon arrival and offered me a nice cool beverage on a typical AZ summer day, and had my car into the service bay in about two minutes.
