Earnhardt North Scottsdale is a well organized dealership to have regular scheduled maintenance performed. Scheduling is a little disappointing since it takes several months to get an open appointment for regular maintenance. I have purchased 4 cars now from this dealership since 2013 and do highly recommend when asked how I like my car and dealership for service.

Stopped in to the service bay because all four of my tires were suddenly low.. service advisor said he would add air right away. This was great service and a service attitude that showed through by my service advisor. While there, I asked about an oil change… yes, they could do that too. Out the door in about an hour. Great!

I purchased a new 2023 Palisade just 3 weeks a go because of error message I needed to make appointment I was told first appointment available is 5 weeks from today 11/29/2022 and takes about 10 day to diagnose what is the issue. I don't get a loaner car and they keep my SUV for about 2 weeks. this is the worst customer service in the car industry.
