Rafael was great. He was very thoughtful and knowledgable. He was working from 8a-5p on the day that I needed to come in after 5p. He stayed until 9:30p to make sure everything was taken care of and never made me feel rushed. He went over every detail of the car and made sure I felt comfortable before I left the dealership. He told me to call him anytime if I had any questions. Jimmy and Mark were great as well. Both were very friendly and attentive.

Julian met us at the front of the building with a friendly smile and an introduction. We told him what we were looking for and he led us to many selections of that model. He didn't waste our time trying to show us other cars. He was direct, helpful and informative. I test drove one model and decided it was not really what I wanted. That was when he suggested the Sante Fe Sport 2.0T. I drove it and loved it but there were things on it we didn't want nor need. Drew was absolutely amazing. I have heard the horror stories of dealing with the "sales guys" at car dealerships, but that is definitely not the case for Earnhardt Hyundai. The whole experience was wonderful. I will never shop at another dealership again.
