Second new car purchase at this dealership in the last year This is my second new car purchase at this dealership and from this salesperson in the last year. I appreciate the effort John Cowan puts into answering questions and helping me find the deal that is right for me. Rafael was great. He was very thoughtful and knowledgable. He was working from 8a-5p on the day that I needed to come in after 5p. He stayed until 9:30p to make sure everything was taken care of and never made me feel rushed. He went over every detail of the car and made sure I felt comfortable before I left the dealership. He told me to call him anytime if I had any questions. Jimmy and Mark were great as well. Both were very friendly and attentive.

Julian met us at the front of the building with a friendly smile and an introduction. We told him what we were looking for and he led us to many selections of that model. He didn't waste our time trying to show us other cars. He was direct, helpful and informative. I test drove one model and decided it was not really what I wanted.
