I dealt with Andrew via email and he was very nice and responsive. When we showed up at the dealership he was very nice and showed us the car and we fell in love with it. In the emails we sent back and forth I explained our credit situation and that we had a trade in. I explained in detail about the trade and his exact words to me were "trucks are like gold up here" which lead me to believe we would get a good deal on our trade in. In January 2014 I purchased my Hyundai Veloster from Earnhardt Hyundai and dealt with a Salesperson that I've known to be very reliable and honest from past experience, Andrew Dendle. The process of trading in a vehicle and purchasing the new car went very smoothly and took a minimun of time as Andrew had all the necessary steps involved pretty much covered. Great overall experience. My wife and two kids feel like part of a much bigger family now. Michael, James, Ian, Jim and Andrew went above and beyond to help us find the vehicle we desired. I strongly recommend going to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale!!! These guys are GREAT!!!

My first contact with Earnhardt Hyundai was with James Orosco. He was extremely helpful and made my visit and the buying of my used Highlander actually an enjoyable experience. Bob Paulsen was there to lend a hand when needed and the two of them enabled me to buy my Highlander at a price that was very acceptable to me. My husband suggested that I go to Audi and Hyundai to check out a new car. I had driven a Volkswagen W12 Phaeton for 9 years. Audi literally gave me 20 min of their time with no test drive. I was treated like "oh, just another female looking at cars". I immediately headed to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale. Tristan Crook graciously greeted me and spent 1 1/2 hours answering all my questions, showing me all the features of the cars I liked and then I had a great test drive. We had inquired about the car via email and had been lied to about its condition. They lied about extras that had been done to the car, after much back and forth and unanswered calls finally had my money for those refunded. The sales person Tristan lives up to his last name of Crook. They knocked us down on the trade in for reasons that were not valid. Unfortunately this particular car is not very easy to find especially with the millage on it so we purchased it despite our misgivings with the dealership.
