I own a 2012 Hyundai Genesis Sedan 3.8. Jason Coburn was very friendly and put down several issues I wanted performed including the 45,000 mile service. The car was ready to pickup at the time he noted. A courtesy car dropped me off and picked me up at my Condo. I live in Redding, California and spend time during the winter here in Scottsdale. I loved the professionalism, the friendliness and the customer service of the Sales Rep and the Finance Manager. James has impressive product knowledge, and is very professional. This was probably the best experience I've had when buying a new car. Salesman James Orosco was able to locate the car I wanted, and delivered on his promise to obtain the best price for the car (I had also shopped 2 other dealers for comparisons). James was excellent, upfront on the prices and there were no surprises at the end. I appreciate the way he treats his customers. From start to finish, this was the easiest, fastest, most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. Kyle was awesome from the first call, even though I was not an easy woman (crazy b****) to deal with at the time.
