Good Day to buy a car Rafael Felix was a very personable and accomodating salesperson. He was knowledgable, helpful and not pushy. Finance guy Mark was also very nice. Overall great experience.

My purchasing experience I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata from Bill Johnson who was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a great deal. I have since recommended a friend who purchased a Hyundai Elantra.

My Review of Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale I needed a new car as mine was 15 years old. I went to Hyundai first with a list of options I needed. Used Car Sale It was great working with Paulo. I told him what I wanted what I wanted to spend. He got back to me in four hours and had me look at 4 different cars. All four were what I was looking for. I picked out that best one was in and out in about an hour and half. Easy, professional, friendly just a great experience. Awesome experience overall! My experience at Hyundai was probably the best I've ever had. Nobody likes buying a car, and Rafael made the process easier! He was very patient and answered every little question I had about the car. He worked to get me a great deal and I was very appreciative of his assistance! I love my new car and would continue to buy from this dealership in the future.

Nearly painless car buying experience I say nearly because ALL car buying experiences require time, efforts, and energy. This dealership, however, does their best to meet your needs. I entertained both CostCo and USAA programs to assist with financing and the process, finally going with USAA and in combination with the dealership, it was a great experience. Sales and Service Review Ii have been dealing with Earnhardt Hyundai for several years and am so pleased that when I contemplated a new car I did not think of going anywhere else. I have always used Bill Johnson as my sales person and found him to be trustworthy, honest and have my best interests at heart. I recommend Bill every chance I get. My service department experience is a little different. Norm is a good service person but is not a great communicator. I often have to seek someone else out to find out what was done to... read more
