Great Experience! I have never leased a car before, but Drew made it super easy. He walked me through everything and was very patient with me even though I kept him there until 10pm on a Tuesday! I love my new 2014 Elantra it is the perfect car for me at the payments I want.

Hyundai Genesis Buying Experience I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Genesis from Earnhardt on April 23, 2014. My sales agent was Tristan Crook. I really enjoyed working with Tristan on my purchase. Most Pleasent buying experience I have ever had In over sixty years of buying new cars I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER, had a most pleasant experience of buying a new car. This includes 7 Mercedes, one SAAB, 2 Mercurys from dealers throughout the country. Earnhardt, Julian Foldes, and Mark Tharp were cordial, friendly and made our buying experience EXCEPTIONAL. Great customer service. We went to the dealership after seeing a used car on the website that seemed to be what we were looking for. However when we got to the dealership that particular car had just been sold. Rafael went out of his way to find something else that would fit our needs, and we ended up with a vehicle that was much better suited to us than the one we originally were interested in. Great experience At the time that my wife and I walked into the dealership, our only intent was to look into types of cars that I would be able to get into and out of with my bad back and leg. We were met by Rafael Felix who then spent the better part of the day helping us find and fit us with a car that we liked.
