It all boils down to this...amazing customer service. Tony Femiano, General Sales Manager, managed somehow to say "yes" to all I asked for, making sure my car buying experience was a positive one. James Orosco came highly recommended to me by a dear friend...she was right to recommend him. James was honest, communicative and did everything possible to put me and my son into the right car at the right price. Earnhardt Hyundai has excellent service. I was very happy with my purchase and have no complaints. Paulo Telles is an amazing salesman and made me very comfortable with asking questions and was very honest with his answers. I strongly recommend Earnhardt Hyundai dealership to others. Very great quality and experience with everyone there. I will definitely be using them for future purchases as well.

We had a lot to learn about Hyundai and the Earnhardt dealership. John Cowan took us by the hand and filled us in on buying the right car for us, "the Sonata." He was very friendly, informative and most of all patient.

Bill would not negotiate and took advantage of me, under 30 female not knowing anything about leases or buying a car for the first time ever. I have ridiculously high payments with really bad miles per year for the most basic accent--it doesn't even have cruise control! I felt sick and used when I left. Since it's been an entire year, I've done my research and compared with friends who are leasing from Acura and Honda. They have much nicer cars with at least $100 less on the monthly payment. Sales person knew LITTLE about the car from the time we arrived at of the dealership. She said at the beginning that she was new at it, but was at a Lexus dealership previously. Was not at all knowledgeable in product or forms that needed to be filled. Needed to call for assistance from anothers at each step in the process or showing of the vehicle. From the time I met Lynne while she was working out my leasing situation and her promptness in getting back with me she was so courteous, prompt and the one thing that you as a Company should look at , what is the best solution for the customer and took that as her priority.
